GENERAL QUESTIONS

BonusLink is Malaysia’s premier multi-partner consumer rewards programme. Since it was launched in 1998, BonusLink has become synonymous with smart shopping, great privileges and fantastic branded gifts.
Members can collect Points at our participating Partners including Shell, Parkson, Focus Point, Agoda and many more. To collect Points, Members are required to present the physical BonusLink car or the BonusLink App. Points will be recorded automatically and users can utilize the accrued Points to redeem Gifts via various redemption channels.
1. Online at www.bonuslink.com.my You will receive your BonusLink Card in 2 – 3 weeks from the application date.

4. Pick up an Instant Card at selected Partners.
You may collect BonusLink Points at any of our ever expanding list of participating Partners and over 2,400 outlets nationwide.
Yes, BonusLink Points will be awarded to you at the point of purchase. Points for Shell will be credited within 3 working days while for the rest of the Partners, it may take 2 – 4 weeks for the Points to be credited into your BonusLink Account.
No. You need to only sign up once with BonusLink and you can swipe your BonusLink Card at all our Partners’ outlets.
BonusLink Points are valid for 3 years. You will need to make redemptions within 3 years, otherwise the Points will expire on a monthly, ‘first in-first out’ basis. Example, Points collected in Jan 2019 will expire in Jan 2022.
1. Focus your spending at our Partners’ outlets. Shop for everyday needs at over 18 participating Partners and 2,400 outlets nationwide.
2. Sign up for an AmBank BonusLink Visa Card and use it at our Partners’ outlets to collect 2 sets of Points. This Card also offers 10X Points for 6 key categories which will expedite your Points collection.
3. Look out for offers and promotions at www.bonuslink.com.my or call our Self-Service Phone System at 03-7626 1000.
4. Subscribe to our e-newsletter by giving us your latest e-mail address. You will enjoy special promotions sent directly to you.
5. Participate in our contests and games to win BonusLink Points as Prizes.
6. Download the BonusLink App and join fun activities to win Bonus Points.

MOBILE-APP RELATED QUESTIONS

The BonusLink App is a one-stop platform to access all information on BonusLink. Collect Points with your Virtual Card, review Points Summary/Transaction, and get updated on exclusive offers, events, and happenings at your fingertips. You can also:

1. Easily login with only your biometric or fingerprint.
2. Download or purchase awesome deals from the App.
3. Make cashless transactions at Merchants’ outlets.
4. Access Partners and ‘On-The-Spot’ outlet locations.
Visit the Google Play Store or the Apple Store and search for BonusLink. Proceed to download the App and enjoy the features!
Simply register with your Mobile Number and fill up the required details to become a Member. It’s that simple!
If you are existing Member, you only have to register your phone number followed by your BonusLink Card Number or Identity Card Number and proceed with the registration.
The BonusLink Virtual Card allows you to collect BonusLink Points just like the physical Card. Login to the App and locate the BonusLink Card at your App dashboard & simply flash your Virtual Card at participating Partners’ outlets to collect Points.
You can update your personal information on the App via “Account” Simply tap on “Account” followed by “Edit Profile” to update all your details.
Yes! Click on your BonusLink Card at the dashboard followed by “Request Physical Card” at the top right of the page and fill up the required details. You will receive your replacement card within 2 to 3 weeks.
You may collect BonusLink Points at any of our participating Partners and over 2,400 outlets nationwide. Please click here to view the complete list.
You can view your past 6 Months Points Transactions easily via the App. Simply tap on “BonusLink Card” on the dashboard followed by “View past 6 Months Points Transactions” at the bottom of the page. You can view and email a copy of the transaction report to your email.
As mobile phones are not allowed to be used at the forecourt (pump area) due to Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policy, we strictly advise our Members to use a physical BonusLink Card at the pump. However, you may use the BonusLink Virtual Card at the Shell Select Stores to collect or redeem Points.
You can merge any of your Payment Card to the App to purchase deals or to perform transactions via the App easily!
To merge, simply go to your Account on the App and tap on “Manage Credit/Debit Cards” and “Add Credit/Debit Card”. Fill up your card details and proceed to “Add” and your Card will be added to your Account.
Yes, you have the option of paying with your BonusLink Points or a combination of BonusLink Points + Credit/Debit Card.
Nearby Deals features all deals on the App which is nearby to you. Please ensure to enable your location settings at “Settings” page on the App.
You can transfer a voucher as a gift to your friends & family easily via the App with Mobile Number or QR code!

1. Purchase a deal from “Deals” page.
2. Go to “My Wallet” to view the purchased deal.
3. Tap on the gift icon at the top right.
4. Proceed to share the voucher via mobile number or QR code
Yes, you can redeem items at Prestomall via the App. Tap on “Redemption” at the dashboard and you will be brought to PrestoMall redemption page to make redemptions. Other gift redemption will be coming soon.

SHELL RELATED QUESTIONS

Yes. You can now collect BonusLink Points for any purchase at Shell Select. Qualifying goods include any products sold within Shell Select premises at Shell Stations except tobacco products, E-Pay products (U-Mobile, Hotlink, Digi, Celcom etc.) and Touch ‘N Go purchases. All products purchased at drive-through outlets, co-locators, and lube-bays located at Shell Stations are not Qualifying Purchases for example KFC, Tealive, Fuel Shack, etc.
No. Shell Cards are issued to corporate companies and it is not individually owned. The BonusLink Programme is open to individuals only.
Yes, you may redeem Shell fuels, other selected merchandises and Shell BonusLink Premium Items using your BonusLink Points. Redemption can be made from as low as 100 Points and is available at over 900 Shell On-The-Spot Redemption outlets.
